The Body MOT is quick, simple and affordable way of creating a personalised Diagnostic & Lifestyle Analysis Report tailored to you.

Using the results of your test you are able to make informed decisions and lifestyle changes to achieve a healthier and fitter you.

The Body MOT analysis is an appointment of approximately 60 - 90 minutes during which you take part in a number of tests ranging from a simple blood pressure, mineral deficiency and urine tests through to some none strenuous stretching.

Once the test is completed you will receive your results within 5-7 working days.

The Diagnostic tests include:
