Strengthening the neck, shoulders and mid thoracic area in the back is vital to keep us strong whilst being sat at a desk all day. The body has to work very hard to keep us in a seated position, especially in poor posture. It is vital to strengthen key muscle groups to ensure that the body is not under too much pressure and strain.
